Description : The aim of the service contract is to provide technical assistance (TA) to the Minister of Lands and Natural Resources to achieve the results under Component 3 of the Economic Government Support Programme which aims to improve the land governance and management systems. In particular, the TA will focus on the following outputs:
3.1Legal framework is assessed from gender equality perspective to match current trends and human rights principles of equality and non-discrimination.
3.2The Land Management Information System and the Geo-Information Infrastructure that captures disaggregated data is improved.
3.3Number of titles and occupancy licences issued is increased.
3.5Decentralised land registry is developed.
