- Tenders are invited for Kariba Dam - Spillway Refurbishment Phase 2. The method of payment will be Cash or a direct bank deposit to the Zambezi River Authority bank account; Standard Chartered Bank, Lusaka Main Branch, USS Account: 87-00-211487-500; SWIFT Code: SCBLZMLX or Kwacha Account: 01-00-110230-800. The document will be provided as a hard copy and may be couriered by express mail on payment of a further amount of US$120.00 to cover cost of shipment. Bids addressed to the Chief Executive must be delivered to the address below on or before 23* November 2023, 1600 hours Zambia Time Electronic bidding will not be permitted Late bids will be rejected Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below. Site Visit and Pie-Bid Meeting shall take place on 21" September 2023,1000 hours Zambia time. Meeting Place is Kariba Administration Block, 21 Lake Drive Kariba, Zimbabwe For immigration and boarder control purposes at Kariba Dam, Bidders are requested to submit the full names and passport bio page of their representatives attending the Pre-Bid and Site Visit on or before 19* September 2023.
