- Expression of Interest are invited for Facilitate Selling of Electricity Tokens on Behalf of Zesco and Provision of Credit Facilities Using A Super Vendor Model with No Intergration to 3E/EVG System Objective: In order to effectively improve and sustain customer convenience through enhanced use of innovative technology, ZESCO has decided to implement the following initiatives: (i) Increase the number of Super Vendors on its platform; and (ii) Engage Super Vendors to offer credit facilities for purchasing ZESCO electricity tokens were Vendors will handle recoveries without the involvement of ZESCO. Scope of Assignment: ZESCO intends to undertake these initiatives in a two (2) phased approach namely Phase I and II. Phase I: During this phase ZESCO intends to bring on board four (4) more Super Vendors. Phase II: During this phase ZESCO intends to allow Super Vendors to offer credit facilities for purchasing electricity tokens with no integration with 3E/EVG System The successful bidder shall be required to make an initial minimum deposit amount of K1, 000,000.00 (One Million kwacha) into a ZESCO designated bank account before commencement of vending. To avoid running out of units completely, the successful bidder shall replenish the ZESCO bank account with K800,000 or above whenever the minimum value of K200,000.00 (One hundred thousand kwacha) on the ZESCO account is reached. In other words, Super Vendor shall always maintain a minimum of K200,000.00 with ZESCO on their account before replenishing is made
