- Tenders are invited for Development of USAID Stop GBV project Referral Directory for GBV Service Providers. Consultancy purpose The purpose for developing the Referral Directory is to ensure effective coordination, management, provision of and access to various services by GBV survivors. Including survivors of child sexual gender based violence in the target areas. The objectives include: • Identification and development of a well elaborated inventory of available service providers as recommended in the methodology section for the 16 project districts. • Develop a GBV Referral Directory handbook/electronic copy
