- UNICEF has now issued a Request for Proposals] in order to select a supplier for the provision of CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR DEVELOPMENT OF ASSET REGISTERS IN 8 DISTRICTS FOR ENHANCING ACCESS TO WASH SERVICES IN LUAPULA PROVINCE (PHASE 7) ZAMBIA. BRIEF BACKGROUNDPurpose: To support sustained accessto WASH services in Luapula Province in Zambia through supporting strengthening of systems and capacities, infrastructure improvements and enhanced data management.Objective /Target The primary objective of the consultancy is to finalize an asset register for the commercial utility covering allhandpumps and small piped water schemes in eight (8) districts in Luapula Province. The eight (8) targets districts are: Lunga, Chifunabuli, Mwense, Mwansabombwe, Chienge, Kawambwa, Chipili and Nchelenge.
