BRIEF BACKGROUNDPurpose : To hire a competent institution to support the Ministry of Health to develop the costed Primary Health Care Strategy 2024-2030, and its costed Operational Plan 2024-2026.Overarching Objective- Zambia-s costed Primary Health Care (PHC) Strategy 2024-2030, and the costed Operational Plan 2024-2026 developed.Specific Objectives- Stakeholders engaged in the development of the PHC strategy and operational plan.- Operational plan of the PHC strategy developed.- Costing of the PHC strategy and operational plan done.
