- Dear Bidder,The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.Below is a summary of the work to be performed:Customise the existing course content to the African context, ensuring relevance to regional social protection systems and contextual realities.- Prepare, print, and package all customised training materials—excluding the base documents—for use during the pilot and the training‑of‑trainers (ToT) session.- Facilitate the pilot and ToT sessions, including daily preparation of training rooms and ensuring that all required materials and resources are organised and available.- Review and incorporate all post‑pilot feedback to refine, update, and finalise the course materials based on insights gathered during implementation.- Design, format, and package the final customised training materials, ensuring they are ready for dissemination and future use.Please note that travel is required for this assignment.
