- Dear Bidder,The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.Below is a summary of the work to be performed:•Assess the current level and extent of digital transformation in TEVET and skills development systems in Zambia, encompassing infrastructure, equipment, software, connectivity, and usage patterns, adoption and use.•Identify existing levels of digital skills and competencies of TEVET trainers, managers, administrative staff, and students.•Map current applications of digital technologies in teaching, learning, assessment, administration, management, and outreach within TEVET institutions.•Identify key opportunities and challenges for adoption and effective use of digital technologies in the TEVET sector.•Determine the availability and utilisation of digital learning resources and platforms within TEVET institutions.•Assess the existing policies, strategies, and institutional frameworks related to digitalisation of TEVET.•Gather insights on the perceptions and attitudes of stakeholders (trainers, students, administrators, managers and industry partners) towards digital transformation in TEVET.•Provide recommendations and an Implementation Plan for strategic interventions to promote and enhance digital transformation in TEVET institutions in Zambia including an Implementation Plan.
